In both the living and dining areas the views of the mature Live Oak trees draped in moss can be seen from the floor to ceiling windows. There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The remodeled kitchen features custom blue cabinets, a tile floor, stainless appliances, and a beverage cooler. A pantry, quartz counters, and well stocked cabinets make it easy to prepare meals. Down the hall is an updated full bath with a shower/tub. It sits convenient to the first floor bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and day bed allowing three to sleep comfortably. Sliding doors lead to the large sun deck.

Head down the road (less than .4 miles) to the Seabrook Island Club's golf courses, Beach Club pools, and dining at the Pelican's Nest or Bohicket Lounge/Palmetto Room. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

cancellation policy:
if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250 If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
for monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: for cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $25000 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
