Walk into the home and enjoy the spacious, open concept living/dining and kitchen area. There are many cozy spots for enjoying a good book or for playing a game with the family. The living room offers a fireplace to enjoy on those chilly evenings. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, plenty of counter space, and offers everything you need to cook a delicious meal while visiting. There is also a large pantry/utility room off of the kitchen with a washer and dryer.
as you continue through the main floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second has two twin beds. As you ascend up the stairs to the second floor you will notice the primary bedroom complete with a king size bed. There is a spacious loft area that has games, movies, and a tv with a Roku. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower completes the second floor.
the outside offers just as much as the inside at this fantastic family rental The front deck has room for outdoor dining or enjoying the afternoon of the sun along with a charcoal grill. The back deck faces the ocean looking out over the New Meadows with seating to enjoy the views and sunrises. Or bring all of your meals and drinks out to the brand new patio recently built in 2024. There is a steep path to walk down to the deep-water dock where you can take a dip in the water or bring along your own kayak to use to explore the area waters. a new kayak dock was installed for the 2022 summer season
