This spacious and peaceful 2 story home is perfectly placed in Reno and has a view of the mountains. All 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. A .5 bath is downstairs. The patio is great for relaxing and small gatherings. We DO allow pets so you can bring your fur babies! 2.7mi St. Mary's, 3mi to UNR, 4mi Casinos/Midtown, 28mi Mt. Rose Ski, 39mi Lake Tahoe. We take pride in making sure our guests have all they need for their stay at our home. You can walk to restaurants and stores. The architecture of the home reveals views of Mt. Peavine and surrounding mountains. All 3 bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the second floor. Downstairs has a half bath, office, living space, laundry, dining, garage and kitchen. We are Pet Friendly! You will find a dog bed, blanket, bowls, doggie bags and a poop scoop. We have a fenced back yard that is divided with a pet area when you want to let your pets roam free. There is a cozy double sided fireplace downstairs that heats the home well and crates a beautiful ambiance. The kitchen is fully stocked for all you cooking needs. A dedicated work space is offered in the office, complete with a balance ball chair. In the living room we have an oversized couch that seats the whole family for movie nights. Family dinner nights can be had at our large dining table with extra leafs in the garage for more seating. The home is placed near many important locations. University of Reno, Nevada, Hospitals, Casinos, Midtown, Lake Tahoe, Mt. Rose Ski Area, Donner Lake, Frenchmans Lake, and more. The whole house and yard is for your enjoyment. We have smart locks for easy access and check in anytime after 4pm. The guest contact is available during your stay. Please reach out if you are in need of anything. We take pride in offering our guest a comfortable stay. If you do not let us know about issues we won't get the chance to make it right. Refunds are not how we prefer to handle issues while in residence. They will not be considered if you have not allowed us to correct any issues during your stay. Single dead end street of 5 newer homes in Northwest Terrance neighborhood. Two cars can park in driveway. Street is available on the main cross street but not the residential street the house is on. Save Mart, Walgreens, Bank of America, a variety of restaurants, 7Eleven, and a UPS store are all within walking distance. Midtown and Downtown are just a short 4 mile drive. Uber and Lyft serve the area. There is a double sided fireplace downstairs that produces a lot of heat and a cozy ambiance. Two cars can fit in the driveway..
