this space shares a lot with a luxury home and has exclusive private access to the lower level guest suite, making for a private and safe stay There is no entrance through the main floor of the home making it fully private. There is a small outdoor yard area for pets that is separate and gated off from the main home’s yard. The bright and airy space allows for endless day light through the windows while you enjoy the perfect cup of coffee (or tea). Whether you are planning a staycation or plan to come and go, the space provides a perfect option for anyone wanting a wonderful stay in a high-end new space and extremely quiet neighborhood. The street has little to no car and foot traffic, but offers unlimited surrounding amenities just blocks away. the best of both worlds!
