this newly constructed well-appointed single family home is located in the serenity community in perdido key, fl With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home can accommodate up to 16 - bring the whole family and your small dog too! Please message the host with your dog size and type for approval, extra fee will apply. No other types of pets are allowed, dogs only! The home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with nature views from the back porch. There is a propane fire pit to enjoy when the night air is chilly. The public beach is a short ride to the end of River Road where you will find public parking and access to one of the finest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico (a little more than ½ mile away). Everything in this house is new! The house is beautifully decorated and has so many wonderful amenities. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including two family rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, bicycles and back balcony. you're just a short drive or bike ride to the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the gulf of mexico! you will also be only 5 miles from the famous flora-bama!

The main level also has a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room along with a power room (1/2 bath). The second level of the house is where you will find 3 additional bedrooms and the second family room.
