New Washer & Dryer are located inside the house in the laundry area. Formal Dining Room and Living room for your entertainment pleasure, which open to the Arizona room. Arizona Room leads to a large backyard with several citrus trees for picking. There is also a barbecue grill for your cooking pleasure. Home is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for a short-term visit or long-term stay. All utilities are paid by owner which includes TV and free WI-FI.
