each bedroom has 1 full size bed and 4 twin size beds as well as a full bathroom attached to each one With a total of 8 bedrooms the recommended max sleeping capacity is 48 people (Pets allowed under 35 pounds). The Hartman Lodge also comes with a very large 39'x22' common area and a 25'x17 covered porch looking into the wood line for privacy. It also has a full kitchen and dining area.

-pets under 35lbs is allowed at this property 4 pets MAX. All pet waste in the yard must be cleaned up prior to your check-out. No pets on furniture or in the pool. If pets are found in lodge over 35Lbs then the guest will be charged an additional $100. If excessive pet hair is found on any furniture You will be charged an extra $250.
