Kitchen has an eat at counter (no separate) dining room. Living room has lots of windows with great lighting with gorgeous views of trees, golf course and nature, not to mention spectacular sunsets. Large wrap around sofa, tile coffee table. 40 inch flat screen smart TV with optimum cable. Stereo and smart speaker. Great in wall AC unit in living room, also living room has a ceiling fan. Staircase to the loft.
