the space:
please note: our home is heated by a boiler system While it provides excellent and consistent warmth, it may take a bit longer to heat the space compared to a furnace.
guests will be staying in the upstairs unit and will enter through the front door using a digital keypad Once inside, you will be in the living room. This room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a large SmartTV. Through the living room is the dining room. The beautiful farm table provides seating for 6 guests with two additional arm chairs for overflow seating. Just past the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen. additionally, there is a covered porch just off the living room with patio furniture!
this apartment has 3 bedrooms The first bedroom is just off of the living room through french doors. This room has a king bed and built-in book shelves for extra storage! The next room has two twin over twin bunk beds. The final room has two double beds and a private full bathroom! The second full bathroom is in the hallway with a shower/tub combination.
the backyard is fully fenced and there is a charcoal grill available for use!
