beautiful newly renovated, nicely decorated condo at club ocean villa ii, large outdoor pool 40 yards from your private courtyard and 4 minute walk to the beach: indoor pool about 100 yards away, 2 tennis courts and 2 racquetball courts North Ocean City is much more quiet and family oriented. In walking distance to many great restaurants and the the park is only 6 streets away. Has a place to park your boat trailer if boating is your thing.

- large private courtyard to hangout during some evenings
- indoor pool and sauna is 100 yards away when the weather is not cooperating
- we love walking over to the tennis courts to play tennis in the morning
- great restaurants with in a short walking distance near by like the crab cake factory
- convenient stores within walking distance: food lion, cvs, wawa, dunkin donuts, seafood dealer, billy subs(they have great subs), 7eleven
- parking in front of our courtyard makes easy unloading and loading the car No carts needed. it is so easy!
