Located within walking distance to shopping and dining in the Center of Avalon s Business District. Enjoy a wonderful weekend or week on the Bay in Avalon, during the Quiet Off Season or a Weekly, Seasonal rental during the Summer Season. Pets are permitted with a $250 non -refundable pet fee. First Floor offers large 2 car garage (the garage can also be used as family/recreation room), with outside access from ground level, outside patio, 3 additional outside parking spaces, and additional washer/dryer. Second floor has huge living room, dining area, modern kitchen which seats up to 12, one bedroom with Queen bed, one full bath and large bayside deck off living room and deck off front of house and washer/dryer. Third floor has large Master Bayside bedroom suite with King bed, private bathroom and private deck with beautiful views of the bay and wetlands, 3 additional bedrooms having 2 queen beds, singles, and a trundle bed and I addition bathroom. Storage room on 1st Floor not included in rental. Billiards Room is additional $600 per week plus an additional security deposit. Third floor has large Master Bayside bedroom suite with King bed, private bathroom and private deck with beautiful views of the bay and wetlands, 3 additional bedrooms having 2 queen beds, singles, and a trundle bed and an additional bathroom..
