Charming 4 bedroom detached home in the historical village of Ranelagh. You will love the location! Dublin City (St Stephen’s Green/Grafton St) is 3km away, less than 10 min by Luas (tram, Beechwood stop) which is a 2 minute walk. O’ Connell St is 15 min by tram. Ranelagh is a hub of numerous restaurants and pubs. We love gardening and hope you will enjoy the outdoor spaces with koi filled ponds, large patio area, bbq and gazebo.

Summary: Location, location, location. This house is in a perfect spot in Dublin 6. It’s on a quiet street just around the corner from a wonderful food store Morton’s and also the LUAS, Beechwood stop, one of Dublins public transportation trams. We were able to get on this and within a few stop be in city centre. Morton’s had a Whole Foods feel to it. We ending up going almost everyday to grab something for dinner. Fresh produce, a butcher, fish monger, fresh breads and anything else you needed. Just about a 5-8 minute walk brings you to Ranelagh Road and there are many pubs, shops and food stores. I really cannot say enough about the location it was perfect for us. The house was wonderful as well. We are a family of 5 and everyone had their own bed and bedroom. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked for what ever you want to cook. We were greeted by the owner Joe who was very kind and accommodating. He lets us know about some of the things about the house and went out of his way to help when we had a few questions about the house. The front and back garden are full of flowers and plants and the Koi pond was entertaining. Some of the fish are over 30 years old. I would highly recommend and if we find ourselves back in Dublin I would not hesitate to stay again.
