bear creek cabin is a beautifully landscaped log cabin with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with beautiful mountain views Located just outside of Jefferson, NC with all paved and easy access. Plus, motorcycle friendly! There is a 2 car covered steel carport that you can park under to keep your vehicles out of the weather (cannot park inside the garage). Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. All paved access on state-maintained roads. Paved driveways and parking.
bear creek cabin is one level and only 4 steps to get inside the home Both bedrooms offer En Suite bathrooms and are on the opposite side of the cabin from each other.
the master bedroom offers a king size bed, roku tv and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower The full-size washer and dryer is also located in the master bathroom.
the jr master bedroom offers a queen size bed with Roku TV and En Suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is access to the deck from this bedroom as well.
the cozy and comfy living room offers a stacked stone gas fireplace (seasonal) for those cold winter days in the high country There is a 50” flat screen smart TV with Amazon Firestick for streaming your favorite movie streaming apps. There is a comfy couch and 2 side chairs for plenty of seating.
the fully stocked kitchen offers a dishwasher for easy clean up after your meal, microwave, fridge with ice/water dispenser in the door, crockpot, blender, keurig maker and most everything else you’ll need to prepare your favorite meal The dining table sits in front of a large picture window to enjoy the beautiful mountain views! A true mountain experience! Enjoy grilling your favorite meal on our gas grill. Enjoy having fun playing a friendly game of Ping Pong, Corn Hole or Darts located in the garage/game room.
the outside deck has gates on each end to allow the deck to be fully enclosed, which is perfect for children and/or your small dog The wood fire pit is located in the beautifully landscaped back yard with seating for 4! Enjoy the fresh mountain air and relax on the deck in one of our Adirondack chairs on the front porch or deck.
at bear creek cabin, we do welcome well behaved dogs weighing less than 50 pounds with a 2 dog maximum (sorry, no cats allowed) There is a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $75 plus tax per dog. We ask that you pick up after your dog's "business" and dispose of the waste in the trash. The pet fee doesn't cover excessive pet hair or damages.
bear creek cabin is located just 13 miles from Zaloo’s Canoes for a quick and easy trip to canoeing/tubing tours! Downtown West Jefferson is approximately 15 minutes from our cabin. Grocery stores and restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. Boone is an easy 35 minute drive away. The ski slopes are an hour to hour and 15 minutes away.
