Positive: The house is attractive, spacious, well equipped (kitchen, bikes, beach items and linens) and the beds are comfortable. Jennifer was super responsive to our questions. We love the location near the beaches, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was great—very warm.

Negative: The outdoor chaises are in disrepair, one is completely broken down and unusable. The cushions on the other outdoor furniture are worn and flat and offer no comfort and could easily be replaced. The large sectional in the living space is also at the end of its life—needs replacement at this price point.
