Welcome to "Beachway Breeze"! Our oceanfront beach home is the perfect setting for enjoying a luxury getaway in this casual beach town. Located on a corner parcel, you have both the convenience of easy beach access and views of a high dune setting. Our east facing private porch upstairs extends the entire length of the home and there's also the spacious downstairs deck and pool area. Multiple outdoor spaces allow for endless options for dining and lounging while the waves roll in. This home is modern, fresh, and bright with ample natural light from sliders that open to the expansive beach views. It has been tastefully outfitted with 2 new kitchens (one up and one down) new cabinets/appliances, hardwood floors(up), tile floors(down), and quartz countertops. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including 2 with queen size beds, and the third has a double. Due to limited square footage, we recommend a maximum party of 6-8, although it will sleep 10. The large pool deck, has plenty of space allowing for either quiet enjoyment of your morning swim, a sunbathing happy hour, or inviting your guests to join you as well. We can also set you up with all the necessary chairs and towels so don't feel obligated to bring them with you. oceanfront pool homes are few on north beach nsb, and this is a special place indeed; come live like a local in this rare find!
