this cottage style villa has a wonderful private, large deck surrounding natures green space
(many trees :) for a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience The outside space was designed for enjoying the outdoors. There are 3 seating areas, including the reading nook (owners favorite deck spot) outdoor sofa lounger & outdoor patio dining. We have many lovely tropical plants that add to our beautiful outdoor space.
this oversized one bedroom spacious villa is well over 1200 sq ft with the outdoor living areas We have 2 FULL bathrooms, making mornings easier with multiple guests.
our large bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, along with tv, desk & sitting area for remote working
the sofa couch (located in the living) room has a comfortable memory foam cushion mattress We have a room divider which adds sleeping privacy for additional guests or children.
the kitchen is truly a delight, featuring island blue cottage style cabinets with gorgeous granite countertops This is a FULL sized kitchen, a rarity in most villas! The owner is a cook, so you will find everything you need to prepare meals should you decide to eat in.
of course you have so many wonderful restaurants close by
the dining room comfortably seats 5-6 people, a full sized dining room Great for game nights, or just enjoying a meal together. Owner loves the cozy loveseat which is part of the charming table seating.
renting bicycles is highly recommended, absolutely the best way to explore the island
our south end location has easy access to restaurants, shopping & many island activities
parking pass for one vehicle is included for your stay We have maintenance people who take care of the outside areas during daytime, including blowing off deck, plant watering & pest control as needed.
