Just steps from the beach (literally across the street), this delightful retreat maintains its nostalgic character while offering updated amenities. this cottage offers 2 full bedrooms (main bedroom w/queen size bed and twin bunks in the other bedroom)
note: there is another cottage adjacent to this property that shares a large outdoor deck with plenty of private space for each unit (please see in pics) Excellent for a two-family vacation as they can be rented together. Having beach access across the street it can also host a small wedding with pre & post ceremony gathering as well as a small beachfront ceremony - inquire with owner as vendors and wedding packages need to be quoted/approved - wedding packages only available from October to April.
pets are limited to no more than 2 dogs, and we kindly ask that you confirm the breed of your dog(s) when booking No other pets are permitted. A one-time fee of $125.00 per pet, per stay, will be added to your booking, regardless of the length of your stay.
*if any dog exhibits aggressive or threatening behavior to neighbors guests may be asked to leave the property without a refund Dogs must be controlled on a leash at all times unless they are inside the home.

this cottage (unit b) provides accommodations for 2 adults and includes on-site parking for 1 car If you'll be bringing a second vehicle, please let us know to see if we can accommodate your request. Please park vehicles as close to your corresponding unit as possible and be mindful to leave an adequate parking spaces for 2 cars next door (Unit A). Note, most of the time travelers are bringing only one car so parking is not an relevant but we need to be mindful in certain circumstances when there's more than 2 vehicles on the property. Driveway is designed to accommodate 3 total vehicles so there's ample space on most occasions. Note, Unit A next door is provided 2 parking spaces since it accommodates 4 adults (which can be 2 couples traveling in separate cars at times).
