Beautiful beachfront condo, great views of the bay, close to restaurants & nightlife. The area was featured on the cover of Lonely Planet Nicaragua. If you like the nightlife, this condo is perfect, next to a popular night spot so it can get noisy at nights. Great amenities: fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, two balconies facing the ocean, etc. There will be additional fees for excessive electricity use. Due to VRBO only allowing a flat fee for electricity use, we are unable to charge upfront for electricity usage as we only want to charge for excessive usage, if applicable.
