Summary: I want to start out by saying the house and the area was in a great location, because it's around any and everything you want to do to enjoy a trip. The inside of the home was in great shape compared to what I walked into. The outside of the apartment was filthy. I understand it was because of the season because it was rainy and windy, but the pictures are very misleading. The pictures as advertised was when everything was fresh. By the time we rented it a few years had passed by, so there was mold and dirt all over the grounds. Parts of the columns were missing, and as they were cleaning the beach for seaweed the dumpster was very close to the property so when they dumped the seaweed in more dirt seaweed and "oh my God" the smell! Also the tenet that lives in the apartment left clothes there so he took it kept coming to the apartment being Very VERY CREEPY. The property is between 2 clubs. One doesn't turn the music off til 4am, and the other begins playing music at 7am. So if you don't mind the music and the smell of a seaweed dumpster looming over the property you should be ok. Hopefully before you book your stay, a simple power wash would take place. Definitely looking to book again during another season.
