we take pride in the cleaning and sanitation process between guests If possible early check ins, and late check outs would need to be organized 24 hours in advanced and are subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour. If the cleaning team arrives and the guest has not departed delaying cleaning, a $100 service charge will be applied to your closing costs.

- no use of the pool if you have open wounds or are sick
- please dry off before entering the house to prevent water damage

- we require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (per each pet)
