*we offer a free concierge service to set up and take down barbequing essentials in designated areas on the property this service is available may 30 - september on a first come first serve basis and must be booked with our concierge service at least 72 hours prior to arrival

*do not leave furniture, pillows, chairs, umbrellas or any objects on the deck unattended due to unpredictable high winds

a public beach is a 5 min walk to the entrance and a 15 min walk to the shore This beach is called Grandview Nature Preserve at the corner of Beach Rd and State Park. Buckroe Beach is an approximate 10 min drive. Fort Monroe Beach is about a 15 min drive.
beach essentials provided:

*beach chairs, life vests, tricycle (for rent), beach towels
please enter thru the garage when returning from the beach
no shoes or wet clothing are allowed inside | leave wet towels in designated area to dry
garbage rule:
*please use designated bins for trash and recycle
*recycle bin is located near the sink | garbage & recycle bags are provided
place bins on curbside on wednesday by 8pm and return to original designated area no earlier than thursday by 8pm
failure of this house rule will result in a $150 fee
steam room/sauna rules:
*shower before entering | drink water while in steam room/sauna Time limit for sauna usage is 15 mins.
*no children under 16 years of age in the sauna unless they are accompanied by an adult
*pregnant women, elderly persons or anyone under physician's care should not enter the sauna
*in the sauna please do not use alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that may cause sleepiness or drowsiness
*guests assume all risk in using the sauna
*any damage made to the property or furnishing which exceeds the deposit
amount/insurance policy will be billed to the guest and reported to vrbo
*no parties - parties in unit or common area - up to $2,00000 fee plus any damages. Persons in the home greater than the number of registered guests or greater than 10 registered guests will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, PLUS $2,000 FEE AND NO REFUND FOR THE RESERVATION. Tampering with, removal, manipulation and or destruction (whether accidental or intentional), of any monitoring, surveillance, recording or camera devices in the home will result in a $2000.00 fine, no refund for your stay and immediate eviction. All cameras on property are visible. The interior camera will record in the event of an alarm or fire ONLY. Exterior camera record clips triggered by motion.
*any items missing from the property will be charged to credit card on file
*forgotten personal belongings | $7500 minimum charge to forward to register guest. And this is only done upon their request.
