Large 2 bed room , 2 baths, one step in tub sleeps 6 ,available potable Front Gate EZ Queen size bed for 2 extra guest. Rental includes golf cart, Private beach parking and beach access. Amenities range from 2 outdoor pools, kid play land pool, indoor pool(open year round) During season every Wednesday is Ice Cream Social at the Hickory pool, every Friday BBQ grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. Tennis courts, Bocie Ball Courts, Basketball Court, Shuffle Board, Washer, Dryer, fireplace for the winter month. Newer stainless steel appliances. Pool toys, beach chairs. BBQ Grille. Just a 1 minute ride to the beach in the golf cart! We are a pet friendly property, there is a non refundable $125.00 pet fee, 50.00 for 2nd pet. Neither to exceed #45 unless cleared by Kevin.
