the lower part of the quietly situated villa has 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 bathroom has a single entrance), 3 bathrooms, combined living room and kitchen (6 + 2 extra beds)
enjoy the warm summer evenings on the approx 70sqm large terrace area under a Bioclimatic Pergola or under the open sky and grill them in the generous outside kitchen.

the house is located approx 50 meters from the sea and closed to the beaches
we started to renovate the house in february 2019 (in this part of the house one room and bathroom was newly created The pool was finished in June 2019. in march 2020 the following will be completed:
