It has parking for 4 cars. Just steps from the beach! Pool Coming January 1st, 2023. Heated Pool (Pool Heated for additional Fee).
pets are allowed but are $150/pet/stay/pet This is not a deposit - it is a nonrefundable fee. Guests are still responsible for any and all damage caused by their pets and need to pick up after their pets. Any pet charges that arise will not be covered by any type of damage deposit or damage waiver purchased.

the 5 bedrooms are located as follows: 1 bedroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms and bunk room on the second floor
important: this home sleeps 14 in beds - maximum guests allowed however is 16 You would need to provide your own air mattress or sleeping bags for the additional guests. Room on the couches exist also.
