the house can sleep up to 16 guests! and we welcome up to 30 persons per event and reservation Each bedroom has luxury linen. Our Owner's suite has a memory foam mattress, an En -suite bathroom with spectacular ocean views. Our newly renovated kitchen is a Chef's dream.

beach essentials provided for up to five guests:

please enter thru the first floor when returning from the beach
no shoes or wet clothing are allowed inside | leave wet towels in designated area to dry on the first floor
garbage rule:
*please use designated bins for trash and recycle
*recycle bin is located near the sink | garbage & recycle bags are provided
place bins on curbside on wednesday by 8pm and return to original designated area no earlier than thursday by 8pm
failure of this house rule will result in a $300 fee
*any damage made to the property or furnishing which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to airbnb
*no parties - parties in unit or common area - up to $2,00000 fee plus any damages. Events are allowed and subject to host approval. Tampering/removal with any camera or monitoring equipment will result in a fine and immediate eviction.

*any items missing will be charged to credit card on file Registered guests are welcome to use the driveway.
