the main level of the home features an open plan living and dining area (inclusive of wi-fi, tv, dvd player and radio) opening onto a spacious tiled front balcony with a bbq and panoramic water views On this level, there is also a well equipped, spacious and modern kitchen. The main bedroom with a King sized bed, private rear timber balcony, an ensuite with toilet and shower, a walk through robe and a study area. The main bathroom is also on this level with a large walk in shower and a freestanding bathtub.
there are two generous sized bedrooms downstairs (one with a queen bed and another with 2 king single beds) Both rooms open onto a timber deck with access to the enclosed backyard. This level also houses a bathroom/laundry with shower, washing machine, dryer and separate toilet, a media/children's area with TV and DVD player as well as a double lock up garage with internal access.
the third level of the home is accessed via a narrow staircase with a queen bed, study area and a large window with spectacular views over the port stephens bay!
