The bastide has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a spacious living room and open-plan kitchen with patio doors leading onto the covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen.

the first bedroom is on the ground floor, with a double bed and large wardrobe The room has a beautiful private bathroom with shower, basin and WC. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with a view over the garden and swimming pool and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed of 90 * 190 cm, a sofabed of 140 * 190 cm and a cupboard. This room has a shared bathroom with bedroom 4. The bathroom has a large tub and double basin and a separate WC. Bedroom 4 has a double bed 160*200 cm. fitted wardrobe.
also babies are more than welcome in this house with a foldable baby bed with real mattress of 60*20*8 cm, a kids chair and a buggy at your disposal
* floor cooling: this system will lower the temperature in the house slightly This is done by means of a pipe system in the floor construction. The room temperature is usually around 25 degrees. To prevent condensation on or in the floor, the water temperature in the pipes must not be lower than this. This system is indirect and does not have the same effect as air conditioning.

At the end of the pool are wide steps leading into the water – ideal with small children. Around the pool you can find plenty of sun loungers, parasols, a garden furniture set and there is also a large sycamore at the pool that provides welcoming shade.
on the covered patio off the kitchen is a large dining table for 8 people and an outdoor kitchen consisting of a sink and a electrical plancha
through the driveway and the olive grove, you reach the entrance to the fortified town, where you find plenty of parking for several cars
the house is about 5 minutes walk from the centre of les arcs, where you will find a baker, butcher and several cafés and restaurants Hyper Marche Les Arcs (very large supermarket) is just 5 minutes by car.
in the area there are many wine chateaux and the famous provençal markets Highly recommended is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues. The beaches of Frejus and St. Tropez are 30 km and Nice, Cannes and Toulon / Hyers all within 1 hour.
