Positive: The hotel is just like all the other banyan trees, quiet, well decorated, with views.

Negative: Food supply and the restaurant arrangement was disaster. There are two restaurants in the hotel, the chinese restaurant was always fully booked, while you would be pushed to the western restaurant. However it takes more than an hour for the food to be served, and the staff was not helpful at all, no bread, or even water was provided without any explanation. The nearest public restaurant is 30-mins drive from the hotel. So you would expect 1-2 hours for the meals.
