The main living area offers an open concept living area including an expansive great room, gourmet chef’s kitchen with professional Wolfe-style gas range, quartzite counters, custom white cabinetry and open dining area that opens to a covered terrace with propane grill, outdoor dining and lots of comfortable seating. Just off the great room is a butler's pantry with wine fridge and laundry. A king bedroom with ensuite bath and second bedroom with 2 twin over futon bunk beds and adjacent guest bath are on this level as well, and each has a private terrace for absolute privacy and ultimate relaxation. The third floor features a luxurious master suite with a king bed, loft, spectacular gulf and bay views, and an elegant bath with tub and huge walk-in shower. No need to go down to the kitchen for your morning coffee or midnight snack, brew some morning coffee, warm up some croissants in the coffee bar just outside the master suite and slip outside to your private deck. Summary: I booked this property for a week in May for my family. There were 5 grandchildren and 8 adults. When we arrived at the house we had no issues getting into the house but soon learned that the AC on the second floor wasn’t working. Since it was Sunday we had to wait till the next day for it to be fixed. Turned out it was an issue they have had in the past. The thermostat was also locked at 77 during the day throughout the house so you could not lower the temp until 9pm. Any child napping had to sleep in a less than optimal environment. If you do happen to try your luck at this property, be aware of the extremely slippery pool deck. It has no grit so we’re all caught off guard when we stepped onto the deck. We immediately purchased rubber bottom shoes for the kids to prevent them from slipping. Unfortunately on the last day my 6 yr old granddaughter cracked her 4 front teeth when WALKING to get her rubber bottom shoes. There were other issues that I wouldn’t have been super concerned about like a broken oven and 3 out of 4 light bulbs in the master bathroom being out when we arrived. Isn’t that what a β€œproperty management company” is suppose to check before a guest arrives?? I’ve been to many VRBOs and Airbnbs, I could not be more dissatisfied with how these matters were handled. Especially when I was told a manager from the property management Co. would be contacting me about the issues, most importantly my granddaughters teeth, yet I haven’t gotten a call. Beware!
