Gourmet kitchen features commercial stainless steel hood, gas burners, new Fridge w/ water & ice dispenser, dishwares, farmhouse sink and stainless steel appliances. So much to do within the home and so close to most everything to make your vacation full of wonderful memories!! Billiards room has pool table, foosball table, built in bar w/ beverage fridge and mounted tv to watch your favorite sports or movies. Family room is open to kitchen and overlooks backyard oasis with artificial turf, mature shade trees & blooming hibiscus, heated pebbletec pool & spa, raised seating area, covered patio with 6 person dining table, 2 loungers and mounted swivel tv to watch your favorite movies. Split Master Bedroom is oversized with seating area, separate tub and shower and double vanities. 2nd Full Bathroom has double vanities. 2nd Bedroom has private balcony overlooking backyard. Master Bedroom features KS Bed. 2nd, 3rd & 4th Bedrooms feature QS Beds and 5th Bedroom features 2 Twin Beds. Family room is open to kitchen and overlooks backyard. Inside laundry with full sized washer & dryer. **Garage is not avail for guest use. 2-3 Cars can park in front driveway. Alarm system with private code will be given to you during your stay.
