Positive: Location was perfect as close to lake como. Owner was very nice and friendly, always offered tea and coffee and water. Always checking on me to make sure I'm enjoying my stay when he sees me. Although the room was smaller than I expected, it was nicely kept and ready for me.
Negative: The room was really small. I didn't realise I had to share a bathroom (maybe an oversight from me in case this is mentioned on the post but I didn't see it). Bathroom had a window so people could smoke. As a non smoker, that was a really unpleasant experience for me because the smell was horrendous. I think my overall experience was good, but this is what affects my rating.
