Positive: Very nice, new, clean, and well-maintained hotel in a great location. I immediately felt welcome. Hannah contributed greatly to this. She took excellent care of me, was always friendly, extremely helpful, and very courteous. In general, there is always someone available at any time. I had a very pleasant stay and can only recommend it to anyone planning to come to Hanoi.
