from the casual and comfortable open floor plan the kitchen has everything
you need with ample counter space, and a large bar area large dining table
seats 6 tvs and dvd players are located in living room, master, 1st guest
room and outside on the lanai WiFi and streaming services available.
one of the highlights of this property is the outdoor oasis it offers step
outside onto the expansive patio and discover your own private paradise enjoy
the sparkling heated pool, bring your own boat or rent a boat and tie up to
the 40’ captains walk in the backyard for easy access this location lets you
hop on your boat or jet skis and you are immediately on your way to the
beautiful blue waters of the gulf of mexico one double and two single kayaks
are provided to explore some of the 400 miles of cape coral’s canals(most in

at no extra charge and is set to 88f please note that the temperature of the
swimming pool varies and depends on the day/night temperatures, length of day

cape coral bridge and a short drive takes you to fort myers or sanibel where
you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and blue water
