Less than a mile from both Delaware & Maryland beaches, this canal-front gem gives you quick access to sun, sand, and serenity and we have the added bonus of using the kayaks (for free) to explore Assawoman Bay straight from the backyard. ;)

Summary: Perfect 2 level house for a family with teenagers. They had their own space and we had ours. The kayaks were awesome and the array of games even enticed our teens to play with us as well as Mimi ;)
