The green bedroom has a private full bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels, so you don't have to worry about overpacking your own.

we are located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood with strict quiet hours from 10pm to 8am Absolutely no loud parties – noise complaints from neighbors will be grounds for canceling your reservation without refund.

pool is open from april 1st to october 31st weather permitting
pool hours are from 8am to 10pm (please respect our neighbors quiet time)

only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided. All trash must be bagged before putting in the garbage.
