access the top floor using the elevator which opens on the top floor to an airy great room with wide-screen tv The dining table (seats 10) with a door leading to the screened-in porch and sun deck. This porch has a table (seats 6) for outdoor dining. The large kitchen has two dishwashers, a 5-burner cooktop with built-in oven and microwave, 2 sinks and a beverage center. The kitchen bar can seat 3 people to keep the family chefs company as they prepare a meal! Nearby, a Ships Watch has beautiful views to the east, south and west. Another small porch has chairs to watch the spectacular sunsets! Besides the half bath, this floor also has a large King Master Suite with flat-screen TV, a tiled shower, double vanity sinks and large soaking tub. Access to the sun deck is available from this bedroom or from the living room where the view overlooks the 13th fairway of The Currituck Club golf course. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
