• large room with double bed, kitchenette, electric oven, dining area with table and 4 chairs, flat-screen tv and washing machine

• delightful private balcony with table and chairs and views of the park and the olive groves
from the other windows of the apartment you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills
antique terracotta floors and high ceilings decorated by hand
all the furniture and paintings hanging on the walls are vintage and belong to our family collection
the walls are more than 50 centimeters thick, as was once used in this type of buildings to ensure a cool environment even in the hottest summers
the beatrice apartment is located on the first floor of the villa
in the garden you will find a table and chairs for outdoor dining and deckchairs to relax under the shade of old trees or in the large sunny lawn
