locally., It is a short walk to the old historical lighthouse and the large waterfront beach park. A small shopping center with a market, bar and grill, dry cleaner, mailbox service and a pizza/Indian restaurant are close. Dash Point State Park is great for picnics, hikes and beach combing.

the large master suite upstairs also have stunning views with a large "above the world" deck off of the master bedroom The bathroom has a huge walk in-open shower.
