Negative: After opening the balcony blinds, we found the balcony covered in bird droppings, clearly not cleaned for a long time as seen in the photo. The windows were very dirty, and the bathroom was also dirty. We reported this to the owner, who apologized, but unfortunately, no one cleaned it. It's a disgrace
