the studio, about 35 square meters, enjoys a splendid view of the hills and consists of:
• spacious room with a double bed, a 2-seater sofa bed, a kitchenette, a table with 4 chairs and a flat-screen tv;
• bathroom with shower and washing machine
antique terracotta floors and high ceilings decorated by hand
all furniture and paintings on the walls are old and belong to our family collection
the walls are more than 50 centimeters thick, as was once used in this type of buildings to ensure a cool environment even in the hottest summers

in the garden you will find a table and chairs for outdoor dining and deckchairs to relax under the shade of old trees or in the large sunny lawn

the villa belongs to our family for many generations, ever since it was built over 500 years ago and has a special charm
