Positive: Everything was very nice and tidy. Minor problems were taken care of promptly and communicating with Tatiana was very easy.
Negative: Anyone who stays in the downstairs apartment should know that there is a small step in one of the bathrooms, just half a meter from the door. The tile shows where the step is, but it's easy to forget about and we had one or two missteps.
