The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed with a single extra bed. There are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher, fans, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. Summary: The communication with the agency in Barcelona and in Santa Cristina d'Aro was very good and fast. The facility and the view are great. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean (dishes, stove and kitchen in general were dirty - oil stains, hair on the floor, pubic hair in the shower and toilet) and although the gentleman the agency sent took photos of it to clean again, these things were still there after the second cleaning. Except the pans, which we actually already washed ourselves, were washed again. When we arrived we wanted to heat the apartment because it was very cold. The fuse jumped out several times, because the radiators apparently would need too much electricity, so it was not enough when two people want to shower. This was very unfortunate when the agency had answered us that we should be responsible with the apartment after all. We certainly did, but we did not go on vacation only to freeze every day. Also the terrace could hardly be used, because the shutters could only be opened with great effort. Unfortunately, also no lawn as shown in the photos. In addition, the garden was also not clean - dog excrement from previous tenants.
