The other access to the apartment is from Fish Square by the Ljubljanica River, but only accessible only by stairs. The entrance to the apartment is then from the internal atrium of the building.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. In the spacious hallway with large wardrobes there is a washing machine.
