Summary: Room was clean other than balcony dirty and dusty, but there was construction going on nearby. Bathroom sink was a bit stooped up. Notified desk in am. It was fixed and clean when we came back in pm. So good response follow through. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Jean, Willy, and Lauryn,I think. Breakfast set up was good, but since we are gf, didn’t buy it. Disappointed we had to pay for a coffee in the common area. Kitchenette in room a big plus for us. Bed was comfortable and high enough off the floor. Being close to tram and bus to get anywhere in town as well as close to train station, is a major benefit of this location. Good value for the price.
