Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: nice hotel, friendly staff. not many places to eat nearby during the day but come evening many many places set up and a good array of different foods to be had 3 minutes up the road. Alor Setar is a 20 minute walk away (just head for the big tower) and well worth a visit to wander the friendly interesting streets.
Negative: the location, bit like a scrap yard, but that's not the hotels fault.
Summary: nice.
