Positive: The villa was very spacious, with 3 bedrooms. It could comfortably sleep 7 (we were a family of 4). The living area and kitchen were also spacious and well appointed. The outdoor spaces were incredible -balconies with sea views, a deck with a table and bbq (also with views), and the pool area. The kids loved spending time in the pool each day after we returned from the beach. It was a quick drive to the beach (5 min) or agios nikolas (10 min). There was also a beach across the street, but it was a bit rough when we were there (although it was lovely to gaze upon from the villa!). I would definitely recommend!
Negative: Nothing comes to mind.
