The property has the island’s only padel tennis court, a helipad for easy access from Athens or island hopping in the Greek archipelagos and a private nightclub with windows looking into the oversized lagoon-style pool. The spacious living room on the ground floor opens up to a panoramic view of the sea and the over 5000 m2 property lot, designed by a renowned landscape architect. It is connected to a state of the art kitchen sure to satisfy both the professional chef and the cooking enthusiast. Located on the same floor are three en suite bedrooms, all with beautiful views, seating area and private terrace. Outside the living room, the poolside terrace is the perfect place for watching the sunset over dinner.
