check-out policy
all guest must leave by 10 am unless a late check-out is verified and agreed upon with the host and has been paid for If the guest or any of their party is still at the property after the scheduled check out time of 10 a.m, additional fees may apply. The first hour will cost them $200, and each hour after 11 am will cost them an additional $100. Unless the guest requests and pays for a late check-out 24 hours in advance which will cost $40 and then the new check out time is 12:30pm. If you stay beyond that, an additional fee is $200 dollars will apply for the first hour and $100 dollars for each hour after that, beginning at 1:30pm.
