If the outdoor air temperature drops below 70 degrees the pool heater may not be able to reach the preset temperature of 86 degrees. This is a large pool which takes up to 48 hours to heat up so please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated. We do not offer any refunds on pool heat if mother nature doesn't cooperate. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
