The Eppley Estate is a large 6-bedroom 7 bath home plus office with murphy bed if needed. This single-family home located in Starwood, is the only privately gated community in Aspen. Robert Molny, a Frank Lloyd Wright & Fritz Benedict apprentice, designed an architectural masterpiece that was thoughtfully remodeled in 2021, which maintained the angles & unique design elements. The rooms in the home & pool have amazing panoramic views that include all four of Aspen's ski areas. This remodeled modern home is full of natural light from all angles. The kitchen has both a cooking kitchen & a large second kitchen. The entertainment rooms include a living room, a family room & a pool table room for entertaining both adults & children. The outdoor saltwater lap pool has spacious terraces with BBQ, firepit & hot tub for entertaining & fun. The more formal living room has a fireplace and baby grand piano with expansive views that walk out to the saltwater pool, hot tub and terrace area, the media room has comfortable seating, 80-inch Smart TV, bar and fireplace and there is a game room with pool table, darts and game table.
